2. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
Customers must provide accurate personal and medical information during booking.
Appointment confirmation is subject to technician and service availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational, technical, weather-related, or emergency circumstances.
3. Service Availability
Services are available only in selected service areas.
Certain tests or procedures may require prior preparation, fasting, or specific medical instructions.
Customers are responsible for following all pre-test instructions provided by our team.
4. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:

Follow instructions provided by our technicians and healthcare staff.
5. Diagnostic Reports
Test reports are generated based on samples, scans, and information collected during the service.
Reports are intended to assist healthcare professionals and should not be considered a substitute for medical consultation or treatment.
Diagnostic findings must always be interpreted by a qualified physician.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to technical or operational factors.
6. Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic services:
Results may be affected by sample quality, patient condition, equipment limitations, or other factors beyond our control.
No diagnostic test guarantees 100% accuracy.
Additional testing or repeat testing may be recommended where necessary.
7. Payments
Payment may be required before, during, or after service delivery, depending on the service booked.
Accepted payment methods include online payments, UPI, bank transfers, cash (where applicable), and other approved methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations may incur operational charges.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the stage of service delivery and applicable policies.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Service could not be delivered due to our operational limitations.
Duplicate payment was made.
Appointment was cancelled by Home Care Diagnostics and could not be rescheduled.
Refunds will not be provided once a diagnostic procedure, sample collection, or scan has been completed.

Patient information and medical records are treated as confidential.
Information is collected, stored, and processed solely for providing healthcare services and complying with legal requirements.
We do not sell patient data to third parties.
